Todays-niche.com does not tolerate Spam from it's members. Any member who uses Spam to promote the Todays-niche.com site will be removed immediately without a refund and will forfeit any commission due.
All Todays-niche.com members agree to receive emails from Todays-niche.com from time to time, as well as from their upline or downline, as long as the message is related to Todays-niche.com. See point 7 below. To opt out of receiving messages you must cancel your membership and thereby forfeit your network position and membership privileges. Software licenses purchased remain yours.
Testimonies and opinions of members displayed throughout the site are not endorsed by Todays-niche.com and Todays-niche.com cannot be held responsible for any opinion, advice or statement listed on this site.
All photos, trade marks, service marks, text and any other items display on this site are fully owned by Todays-niche.com. All materials are protected under copyright laws.
Bulletin Boards, mailing service and any other Todays-niche.com communication tools - You agree not to post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, abusive, hateful, racially, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind. You will be responsible for, and indemnify Todays-niche.com and it's owners, affiliates, agents, and representatives against, any claim arising from material that you post or transmit. Todays-niche.com does not control the information or content disseminated on the communications tools available but we do reserve the right to edit or delete any material that violates this term of service agreement. It is strictly forbidden to use this our internal mail system to promote other opportunities. Anyone using this system to promote another opportunity will be removed without recourse. We consider this internal Spam. It will be considered acceptable to provide direction to FREE traffic/safelist services as long as it is done with the intention of encouraging your downline to promote their Todays-niche.com URL. Please report abuse using the contact form in the members area.
All communication conducted via our communication tools is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Todays-niche.com reserves the right to publish any of the information that is transmitted via our communication tools.
The use of this service and site(s) is at your own risk. Todays-niche.com will not be held liable for any loss from your lack of access to any of our sites or loss of information contained on our servers.

All members are responsible for the confidentiality of their member log in name and password. Todays-niche.com and it's employees cannot be held liable for any breeches in security.
Todays-niche.com solely makes no guarantee on sign ups, sales, or leads. By joining Todays-niche.com and or purchasing something from .Todays-nichecom you agree not to take any legal action for any reason against Todays-niche.com or any of its subsidiaries. This means that Todays-niche.com or it's officers or employee's or agents are not legally responsible for any loss you may incur as a result of making purchase from Todays-niche.com. These terms of service are binding on all parties whether known or not since all parties agree to the Todays-niche.com terms of service upon joining any of Todays-niche.com sites.
All Members agree to indemnify and hold Todays-niche.com, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the Members use of this service, and or the violation of these terms of service by a Member, or the infringement by a Member, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
If any Member objects to any of these terms of service or any modification thereto or becomes dissatisfied with the Service in any way the Member's only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Service and or terminate their membership.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree not to bring, join or participate in any class action as to any claim, dispute or controversy you may have against us or our agents, services, directors, offices and employees. You agree to the entry of injunctive relief to stop such lawsuit or to remove yourself as a participant in the suit. You agree to pay the attorney's fess and court costs we incur in seeking such relief. This agreement is not a waiver of any of your rights and remedies to pursue a claim individually and not as a class action in binding arbitrations as provided above.
Todays-niche.com allows multiple memberships for the purpose of purchasing additional software licenses. See Software Licenses below.

Todays-niche.com Refund -

Refund Policy Membership: All fees are final. There are no refunds. However, you can cancel at any time.
Chargeback Policy: Anyone who executes a chargeback will be prosecuted by the full extent of the law and will pay attorney fees and a fine of $100.00. If you have funded your Stormpay account using a credit card then please see Stormpay's strict policies.

Cancellation Policy : You can cancel at any time from any of our sites.

Todays-niche.com commission facts:

All Commissions are paid through Stormpay, Egold, IntGold or Paypal. You must have a FREE account with one of them to be paid.

Commissions will be paid weekly each Friday.

Members who have paid with a credit card may be delayed by 30 days before being able to receive commissions as a fraud protection measure.

Processing fee - There will be a $2.50 processing fee on all commission payments over $100.00.

Minimum Commission Requirement - You will need to earn a commission of at least $15.00 in any given month in order to earn commissions for that month. If you earn $15.00 your payout will be $15.00 after the processing fee of $.00 is deducted. If you do not earn $15.00 in one month the funds will accumulate until you do and then you will receive a payment to the PayPal, Intgold or Stormpay account on record. Please make sure that your email address for your PayPal or Stormpay account is correct via the "Profile Manager" link on your control panel. This condition is applied separately for each Todays-niche.com account you may hold. We do not total all of your accounts. Each one stands on it's one and must accumulate $15.00 before it will be paid to you. There are no exceptions to this requirement. It only takes 3 sales of Todays-niche.com products to meet this requirement.

Todays-niche.com makes absolutely no guarantee on how much you can earn with our forced matrix commission plan. Any descriptions of that plan on our site is for explanation and examples only. We cannot be held liable of information you may receive from any independent source regarding our compensation plan. The only reliable source of information is Todays-niche.com.

Software Licenses

License Restrictions - The Software is licensed and not sold to you, rather this license gives you rights to use the software. You will not sell, assign, rent, lend, transfer, distribute, sub-license or otherwise dispose of any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement or in the Software nor will you remove or obscure the Licensor's copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices or legends from any of the materials contained in the Software.

License Warranty - The software is licensed strictly on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind or refund.

Indemnity - You will indemnify the Licensor for all fees, charges, costs, or expenses, including, without limitation, solicitors' fees and disbursements on a solicitor and his own client basis, (collectively referred to as "Costs") levied or charged by any solicitors or inspectors retained by or on behalf of the Licensor in connection with any action against you to enforce this Agreement or any action against any person or entity resulting from any infringement or improper disclosure of any patent, copyright or other intellectual property by you including any breech of this agreement. Our maximum liability of any kind is limited to the cost of the software charged by Todays-niche.com

This entire agreement is in affect the moment you download any of the software from your Todays-niche.com members area.

PRIVACY

We will not share or sell any email addresses of our members. Each member is given access to their sponsors email address and their level one referrals only.

SPAM

We do not tolerate SPAM. Any member accused of SPAM will be warned first and then removed from our program for the 2nd offence without any recourse or refund. Anyone who wishes to report SPAM must send a message to admin@Todays-niche.com with a copy of the SPAM message including headers and the SPAMMERS email address.
